We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented Legal Assistant to join our team. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal department with various tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of international law, corporate law, and corporate finance law. Experience in developing and implementing international financial legal schemes and working with international contracts will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

Conducting lead search and processing within the company's internal client database
Providing support to non-resident companies and ensuring their compliance with legal requirements
Preparing documents of the company for KYC procedures
Keeping up-to-date with foreign legislation and monitoring any changes or updates
Offering professional consultations and guidance on a wide range of international law matters

Requirements

Only considering candidates available for full-time employment
Incomplete higher education or higher education in a relevant field
Proficiency in English (at least upper intermediate level) is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of international law, corporate law, and corporate finance law
Proven experience in developing and implementing international financial legal schemes and working with international contracts
Preferred experience in creating and supporting foreign companies
Familiarity with contract drafting and their legal analysis is desirable
